Which is warmer — cashmere or wool?
Cashmere is generally warmer than regular sheep wool because its fibers are finer (about 14–19 microns) and trap more air for insulation. At the same weight, a pure cashmere sweater can be up to 8× warmer. Our OEM cashmere production uses long-staple Grade-A yarns from Inner Mongolia to maximize thermal performance without bulk, ideal for luxury winter collections.
