How to return Brooks Brothers
You can return Brooks Brothers items within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
Here is the step-by-step process for both online and in-store returns:
Option 1: Return In-Store (Free)
This is the fastest method and avoids return shipping fees.

Where: You can return items to any U.S. Brooks Brothers Retail or Factory Outlet store.

What to Bring: The item(s) and your original receipt or packing slip.

Exception: If you paid using PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay, official policy states you cannot return the item in-store; you must mail it back.
Option 2: Return by Mail ($7.00 Fee)
If you cannot get to a store, you can mail the items back. A $7.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to an error or defect).

Start the Return: Go to the Brooks Brothers Returns Portal.

Enter Details: Input your Order Number and Email Address.

Print Label: Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label (usually FedEx or USPS).

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
