How Sampling Works (5 Steps)
Share Tech Pack / Image → style name, size spec, gauge, yarn, target price, MOQ, delivery window.
Yarn & Gauge Confirmation → send swatches/lab dips; pick colorways.
Development Sample (3–5 days) → photo approval → courier.
Revisions & PP Sample → lock specs; sign off for bulk.
TOP & Bulk → 3-week production → QC → ship (air/sea, door-to-door or FBA).

Sample Fee: Quoted per style; deductible against bulk PO (same style).
Swatches & Dips: Often free with active project; otherwise nominal.
Mockups: 2D usually complimentary; 3D billed but creditable at PO.
FAQs
Most styles are ready in 3–5 working days once yarn and gauge are confirmed. Complex jacquards or new yarn sourcing may add 1–2 days. We’ll share progress photos and ship via express with tracking.
A reference photo and basic measurements are enough to start. Our team can draft flats, stitch maps, and measurement tables, then loop back for your approval before knitting.
Yes. We’ll provide updated swatches and note the impact on handfeel, weight, price, and lead time. Minor re-samples are usually 48–72 hrs once yarn is on hand.
We routinely develop in RWS, RMS, RAS, Organic Cotton, Recycled Nylon. Upon request, we include certification statements and traceability notes for your marketing.
PP locks specs and workmanship before bulk. TOP comes from the actual production lot for shipment approval. Size Set verifies grading across sizes before bulk cutting/knitting.
For swatches, up to 6 colorways per style at once. Digital mockups can show unlimited palettes; we recommend narrowing to 3–5 for sampling.
Yes. We offer NDAs and segregated production for sensitive projects. Files are stored securely with limited access.
Yes. We can add FNSKU, suffocation warnings, and carton labels so you can inbound directly to Amazon.
They’re credited against the bulk PO of the same style and within the validity window stated on the PI.
We adjust the pattern, tension, and measurements based on your fit notes. Most fits are finalized within 1–2 iterations thanks to 3D/Apex previews and experienced linking.
