We run Pantone/Lab color approvals at yarn-dye and fabric stages, then lock settings on embroidery/print machines with stitch-count and placement templates per size. Every batch is wash-tested for colorfastness and shrinkage, and emblems are needle-detected to prevent metal contamination. For crests and school spirit wear, we keep a digital tech pack and a retained “gold seal” sample so reorders match the original lot exactly.
Typical starting MOQ is 100 pcs per style/color with full size runs (Kids to Adult). We allow mixed sizes in one PO and can combine related items under one colorway to optimize dye lots. Sampling is ~7–10 days; standard production averages 15–21 days depending on complexity. For reorders, pre-approved trims and patterns further shorten the lead time.
We grade sizes with age-appropriate measurements and confirm fit on live models plus shrinkage-adjusted specs. Seams, collars, and cuffs are reinforced; fabrics are tested for pilling resistance, tear strength, and wash durability. Child-safe trims (nickel-free, snag-resistant) and azo-free inks are available on request, and each order follows a documented AQL inspection with inline checkpoints and final audits for consistent quality across all classrooms.
