Knit Skull Cap OEM Project – Custom Logo Beanies in Black, Beige, Grey & Light Brown

1. Project Overview

For the Canada fashion label FRÉQUENCE , our factory developed a series of Knit Skull Caps that emphasize minimal street aesthetics and premium knit structure.
The project combined logo OEM customization, luxury-grade yarn, and tonal neutral colorways — black, beige, grey, and light brown — aligning with the brand’s clean European styling.

2. Client Background

FRÉQUENCE is a Canada-based brand focusing on modern urban knitwear and accessories. Their collection blends minimalist fashion with comfort-driven functionality. They approached AZ Knit for OEM production due to our technical precision, sampling speed, and ability to match their tonal color palette.

3. Design Concept

  • Style Type: Knit Skull Cap (close-fit beanie)

  • Target Look: Modern minimalism with tonal sophistication

  • Material: 100% soft-touch acrylic/wool blend

  • Gauge: 7GG rib-knit texture for tight elasticity

  • Fit: Slightly short profile for skull-cap style silhouette

4. Colorway Development

  • Jet Black – modern classic, versatile streetwear tone

  • Soft Beige – neutral everyday tone for urban minimal looks

  • Heather Grey – signature FRÉQUENCE tone with balanced warmth

  • Light Brown – natural tone emphasizing fabric richness

All colors were dyed with OEKO-TEX certified yarns, maintaining tone stability after multiple washes.

5. Logo OEM Customization

  • Method: fabric tags

  • Placement: Side cuff edge and inner lining brand tag

  • Process: High-precision heat transfer for matte finish logo

  • Options: Offered secondary embroidery version for limited capsule drop

6. Sampling & Production Timeline

  • 3D digital mock-up: 24 hours

  • Sample delivery: Within 3 working days

  • Bulk production: 2 weeks

  • MOQ: 200 pcs per color

  • QC: Each beanie tested for elasticity recovery and logo adhesion

7. Final Results

The final beanies maintained a dense rib structure, comfortable hand feel, and balanced elasticity.
FRÉQUENCE DANS LE MONDE successfully launched the beanies in retail and online stores, highlighting them as part of their Autumn/Winter capsule series.

8. Factory Capabilities Highlight

  • 200+ computerized knitting machines

  • Multi-material sampling (acrylic, wool, cashmere blends)

  • Custom dye matching for brand-specific palettes

9. Client Feedback
